M. Vicky SHOULD be set an example of. Instead of the death penalty, they should use a spiked whip and beat him for two minutes straight. Death would be too easy for him and any other murderer/criminal. People like this need to live the rest of their lives in hell before going to the real thing. Do this every weekend and publicize it and make it a law that if would be animal abusers are caught doing the same thing to any animal, it's automatic 25 years in prison AND a weekly spiked whipping
