I'm doing the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) 10 week program right now. I'm in my 2nd week and it's been good so far. It's nice to see John Kabat-Zinn on video. Thanks!

Great Question. Once you see things more clearly you will realize that there is much less to worry about in the future. Many of your thoughts are based on your conditioning which you don't even realize creates a lens through which you see the world.Many of these thoughts are unclear and create emotions that make you suffer or act in ways that lead to suffering. Or your mind is running wild with thoughts and not calm and able to focus.You want to learn to act out of wisdom and clarity.
