For the person on Livevideo who used your name, technically, I don't think that you can officially claim "GregSolomon," because there could be someone in Britain who has that name..."The person who had used my name at LiveVideo also was using my picture and my background image from YouTube. He essentially had set up a carbon copy of my YouTube channel at LiveVideo.LiveVideo turned the name and the channel over to me. All I had to do was move in and take over.Regards,-Greg

Mr. Soloman... For the person on Livevideo who used your name, technically, I don't think that you can officially claim "greg solomon" because there could be someone in Britain who has that name, and used it on Livevideo, cuz he might not want a You Tube. Even though he was 'maliciously' using the name. He might not have even heard of you. So its technically not right for you to gain that name..unless he was pretending to be you.

a "caricature" has no right to disrespect or accuse people of false things. unless you say that because George Bush is a caricature of a human being (which is a fact), he has the right to commit atrocities around the globe and against his own people. now, if Greg Solomon is indeed a professional caricaturist, maybe we could hire him for a birthday party?

Greg, consider this...Renetto cannot be guilty of plagarism. For a simple reason. The toy plays a different tune depending on object placement. This makes it a crude musical instrument. Can Gibson sue you for a tune you play on your Gibson guitar...of course not. So Renetto is in the clear in this case. Yea the toy is the source of his tune...big whoop...
