Seriously, no need to diet. Just eat well. And even then, junk food is not that bad, just don't eat it everyday. I don't get those people who say they tried every diet and stuff. The key is just a healthy lifestyle. Have a good workout 2-3 times a week and the extra pounds will go away. I wish obese people would stop complaining about what is happening to them, because they need to understand they have to lose weight for their own health. No one wants to have an heart attack at 35.

If you lose the weight you will have to put up with having people say that you look better and have the extreme burden of being able to walk up the stairs with out getting out of breath. Oh not to mention she pain in the arse of being able to play in the park with your kids without feeling like you are going to die. Or you could pay up and have the money spend on your treatment when you heve a heart attack when you are in your 40s.

I have a confession, I dont know why but I dislike extreme fat people. That way like 300 pounds on biggest loser.I don't treat them differently or anything like that, it makes me feel fat.I am under weight and thats why.I cant help it!I need help!I dont want to become like that, its just the way I live!Sorry!Over weight peop-le im srry really, I dont insult them on the spot, I dont make fun of then or treat them differently.
