the rules stated that slamming was legal. jiu-jitsu is supposed to prepare students for self defense. what do you think is going to happen if you jump guard on the street?

I'm pretty sure Ryron was expecting Cameron to open up his guard when he lifted him up but Cameron didn't.

I guess iron really does sharpens iron like back then Royler, Rickson, and all the brothers and including the Machados would like train with each other continuously and get better. I wonder if Ryron and Rener keeps in contact with their relatives like Royler, Kron or something like that....

I would put my money on Ryron and Renner tapping Lovato out repeatedly if they went again. Too bad R & R seems to have lost interest in competing. It would be amazing to watch them rip through opponents in for ex ADCC, put I know that just like me they hate all these stupid ponts and all the BS. But I can tell you this much in a sparring between Lovato and either one of R & R, I'd think Lovato would be tapped repetedly by both of them . Lovato is great but todays system is boring. |
