Dit kon beter, als jullie echt JKD begrepen zou je begrijpen dat wat jullie doen voorgeoefend is, en een echt gevecht is spontaan en kan niet voorgeoefend worden. Plus, nadat Chuck Norris tegen Bruce Lee zei "I like the abillity to kick anywhere at all" heeft Lee zijn JKD aangepast. Why the fuck zou ie anders bij zijn JKD demonstratie bij Ed parker die meervoudige agillity trap laten zien? En een trap in het gezicht kan makkelijk effectief zijn als je het effectief uitvoert.

fair enough but a good stance will give you an advantage and the proper stance will root you firmly, while allowing maximum mobility. jkd isn't about "do what you want in order to win" otherwise it'd say pick up a 2x4 and start smacking the guy around...or shoot him if u can :P

The 'on-guard' stance is the ANCHOR of JFJKD. IT allows attacks & movement in any direction, makes you a smaller faster target, maintains your balance and protects your groin which is ALWAYS essential. Stances can be temporarily dissolved while executing but not discarded. JFJKD works for everbody if you learn IT correctly. JKD is NOT everything in martial arts rolled into one, thats 'JKD CONCEPTS' the JKD philosophy without any of the JKD fighting knowledge. Check the Bruce Lee Foundation.

Wolfgath, you are trying to conform the stance in witch they are in as style, and form... If you haven't learned yet, its not about form, style, set of rules,limits, there aren no bounds on Jun Fan JKD, it's all about essence of being in the moment the fight is about to, and begin to determine the counter offensive.. You use they way of no way as a means to destroy your opponent.... Who is a psychic and can determine the path of a blow or attack?.... You must determine the way of the fight

I really belive that JKD only suited the founder of this martial art Bruce Lee best, He created something that fitted him 100% ,as for the rest of using this system ,we only achieve a fraction of the entire philosofy. there can only be one BruceR.I.P Bruce
