funny thing is thts how u actually throw a curveball...most people throw a slider which kills ur elbowi have thrown this pitch a hundred times straight and there is not ache in ur arm only ur shoulder from throwing...ur not having ur arm move in a irregular way so the pitch doesnt affect ur arm...it takes a while to get used to and u have to steph short instead of a long stride to make sure u get on top of the ballto get tht 12 to 6 rotation

you are not supposed to snap your wrist when you are releasing the ball it will hurt your arm
