This was my first pf album, listend to it a lot with my friend in the 80,s. If you feel sad and you play this album it can sooth in a strange way. you or you want to hang yourself, in the last case I advice to put something else up ;)pf is only for manisc depressive people I guess. And people with a lot on their mind, mostly go hand in hand

Go get yourself a copy of Wish You Were Here. That album is part of the chain of thought which starts with Dark Side Of The Moon and concludes with The Final Cut. Besides that, the music is splendid.

I am still sad. i can't any continuity other than same actors when going from The Wall To Final Cut. I am 47 and I so identified with The Wall and then I felt like Final Cut continued the depression into adulthood but no one else sees that when you have to face day to day like you are in of military frame of mind. A Life of what you physically present to the world and a life of what you feel inside. The Final Cut feels so lonely to "us", yet feels so much like how homewas or should've been.
