Tai Chi is slow in practice but used faster in actual combat. True Tai Chi, despite appearing slow, produces great power and is one of the finest internal styles there is. Also, if the blow is delivered correctly, it can be as fast as a punch from any guy without training, but the apponent won't find themselves able to dodge it. Do not under estimate this tyle.

I'm half Chinese by blood. I watched this video because we practice this style of Tai Chi to train our Chi (I study northern and southern shaolin). Listen, would you stop everyone but the White people from making movies? Movies were first developped by White people. Would you stop the Chinese from using western medicine? Those were developped by them to. We cannot grow if we don't share. If we don't grow, we will decline. One more question. What does this term mean? Kung Fu. Think about it.
