anything before law or amendment was passed is still effective. shes married. live with it. now if she wanted to get married now, she could not. but she already is so it doesnt matter.

Dear Andalona, The laugh may be on you. The US Constitution prohibits any law which is ex post facto (after the fact). The Prop 8 vote may not undo marriages already done under a law which allowed them, but may prohibit marriages from occurring after the law was passed.
