The thing to remember is we are about 50 years behind the reported "Military Technology". The Military will ALWAYS have the top scientists and top weapons whether they be Biological, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Atomic. Doctors are given their knowledge through Military Testing (ie Ex Nazi's) because they operate outside the law and away from public scrutiny.
