It's "Je NE parle pas français."It's just said quickly so you kind of just mash the "je" and "ne" together and you end up not saying the E in "ne."

i think they're actually pretty good at speaking french, i could understand them pretty well and im half french and speak to my mum in it. i love when they say funky music in their normal accents and then the rest is all in french, its hilarious! bravo girls
