He's a libertarian and that's why. Anyway at least he knows he's constitution much better than any other american politician - I'm pretty sure of that.But if you prefer Bush than him - it's your choice and that's what the real freedom is. ;)

I couldn't imagine people so united, so eager here in Europe - doing sth for their nation without their own interest in it. I hope that someday USA will come back to its principles, to the way your founding fathers imagined and maybe then I could go easily to your country, live there, be a proper citizen, a citizen proud of that he can say about himself: 'I'm an American' - beacause it means nothing else than 'I'm a Free Man'.Best wishes to all Americans. =)

I'm sorry but I have to say - I love Americans. Excluding how your country looks today, your lack of respect to the rest of the world, your lack of geographical knowledge, etc. I love you beacause something like this could happen only in USA. In Europe no one heard about Ron Paul, and even if - they think he's mad old man. So I love Americans beacause of your 'naive' enthusiasm.

And again Ron Paul does not support the constitution, but his own twisted view of how our government should work. Paul's "leave it for the states to decide" will eventually destroy ALL constitutional protections. Without the equal protection of the 14th, we have no constitutional protections.

Or do you not support the Constitution?If your answer is "yes", then you naming your candidate is not "irrelevant to the topic at hand". I am going to make the case that MY candidate upholds the Constitution better than YOUR candidate.But you won't say who it is because you already know that Ron Paul Champions the Constitution more than Obama/McCain/Clinton put together.

And I would have answered long ago if you hadn't resorted to such rudeness. I really don't care, however. I like to set the record straight on Paul, so many of you hail him as savior, such an obviously false idol. When you check the facts his claim to be a "constitutionalist" just doesn't hold water. There's only one man on capitol hill with a copy of the Constitution in his pocket, and it ain't Paul! |
