the data was inputted into a simulator - the site in question was absolute and simple std deviation results have shown conclusive proof of cheating

the background isnt because the hand history was given to a person and that person put the hand history into a hand replayer and he videotaped it

You obviously have no idea what was investigated. More than 65,000 lines of hand histories and code were reviewed from this tournament. The "real cheats" were observing the table , not even sitting, and they were caught. The guy in second place was responsible for exposing all of this and he is a well known player.
