I can get it pretty high with a little bit of a wrist movement thrown in there.But I can't do it much without one.

I use a standard poker chip and an old english coin, modern english coins are too small, if you have american dollar coins, they should be ok, they should be roughly 40mm in diameter, I just kept at it, I haven't perfected it yet, but I'm well away, it's a great trick

I bought the DVD as well and it is great, I learnt the muscle pass in like 4 days, I did it to some people today and they loved it, great trick, Jay is the man.Buy the sponge ball one as well cos that's brilliant as well
