Michael Phelps is a horrible example to minors. His DUI is full proof of being totally irresponsible to the general public as well as himself. Any cops in Ann Arbor should keep a look out for his Esclade or Land Rover and stop him before he becomes a danger to Michigan's drivers as well as what he has done to Maryland's.
