The cardinal law of a real democracy:- The three branches of government, being independent of each other, is meant as a system of checks and balances, so that -no one branch - usurps, abuses or exceeds its authority. The American form of democracy where judges are appointed by the politicians!!! based on political affiliations, violates the basic laws of democracy and therefore is not a true democracy, but a feudalistic one.
