is it me, or is Harnoncourt's interpretation of Mozart very consistent? I mean this interpretation is almost exactly the same as his "Jupiter" with RCO and COE.Btw, I like this "savage" approach very much, in fact, i think this is how the last movement of "Jupiter" should be played.

In your opinion. In my opinion, Beethoven's 9th is best. Ask your neighbor, he probably thinks Bon Jovi is the best musician ever. So what? Different people, different tastes.

This may actually be the greatest piece of music ever written. Perhaps better than anything by Beethoven or Chopin or anybody else. The expression at 1:43 is so powerful that it may never be matched by another composer.

in what way was he more "vulgar" than the average person at that time, or today? because he sometimes used strong language in his letters, or maybe occasionally in public? just imagine that you had access to the hard disks of all your friends, neighbours, colleagues - how often do you think you would find emails with sexually explicit language? maybe even some nude pictures or videos?
