I think the first movie sufferd from the makers being too proud of there work and not wanting t delete scenes.The could have cut that origin waffle down to about 20 mins if they tried and than showed the hulk more.the did a simular thing with Iron man i think, waste most of the film on how he became Iron man and quickly sneak a bad guy in at the end.Makes you think they should just call the films bruce banner and Tony Stark instead of Iron man and Hulk.

Nope. This film had nothing to do with the first movie...it was a straight up reboot. The flashbacks was a reboot of the origin based on how it happened in the tv series...that way they would'nt have to worry about spending 30-45 minutes on the origin, like the first movie did.
