The title is a play on words as in it has 2 meanings;the first is meant to be everyone knows, as in everyone is aware of the fact that they are all doing coke in the bathroom, the second is the play on the way its spelt, as in coke which goes up what?...you NOSE! and so hence when you say it, it sounds like the first, but in writing it looks like the second!!
