Scots and the Irish are from two different countries but share similar charactaristics and maybe at one point the Irish and the Scots were from the same place but that doesn't make me Irish, I'm of Celtic descent from Scotland. Maybe eons ago, that was of Irish descent but maybe it's the Irish who came from Scotland
