Its is a Double/Single Action trigger and can be carryed pretty darn safely without the safety on.In fact most police officers that have Double/Single Action Triggers carry without the safety on.Now remember ever firearm is different and some Double/Single Action firearms can not be carryed like that but I truly feel the Beretta 21A can be carryed very safely in that holster without the safety on.
