I wonder if anyone will start posting image files that can be copied right onto SD cards with Ubuntu and Compiz fully configured for the Eee PCs. It would make setting the PC up very much easier since the hardware would all be the same.

2GB SSD...not likely. If you booted off of SDHC I suppose but it would be sloooow.
