can you please answer this ! or anybody that see's this!i have a hho generator that i made and it works! lolbut i have no clue why we need to know amps and things like that and also i have no clue where to connect it into my car to make it a hybrid can anybody help me out or send me a ebook i would greatly appreciate it! =]

PWM - Pulse Width Modulation is for controlling the frequency and duty cycle of pulses sent to any device you might want to control, like HHO Generators, Fans, Light bulbs, and so on.
