What makes you think I support the west's invasion? The ends don't justify the means which is why I support no war, or government for that matter. Every state bureaucrat who wishes to control you is evil. Self defense is justified, but aggression is not. If the US was bombed by Russia, and I was drafted and sent to war, it would still not be self-defense for me to fight for the US. The US is not mine. What would be self defense would be if I killed the people forcing me to go to war.

The mere status of wealthy living along side poor doesn't justify the use of force. When wealthy individuals attempt to coerce the poor, there's is a justification for self-defense.Wealth is not inherently good or evil. Kuwaitis and Iraqis are not inherently good or evil. Analyze individuals on their merits rather than the social class they belong to. The reason for the poverty of many Iraqis is much more complicated than you or I would like it to be.

Why does everyone here think in terms of "us verses them." You must transcend your paradigms and think of people as individuals rather than parts of a collectivist whole. I don't take pride in being an American, I take pride in what I have done as an individual. Don't be so arrogant as to believe yourself better because of your nationality or religion. In God's eyes the location of your homeland means nothing, but your individual actions are everything.

first Iraqi army barely killed anyone in kuwait and if iraqs did kill kuwaites thats not a genocide because there the same people i hate saddam because he used chemical weapons to kill 100,000 of my fellow iranians which the west helped and supported saddam at the time

Saddam isn't some fucking superhero, nor is any politician in anyway heroic. False belief in government as a savior let's corrupt men get away with anything they desire.Saddam was a horrid man, not from the day he invaded Kuwait, but from the day he began coercing others.

Nothing can justify genocide, which is what occurred when Iraqi military forces invaded Kuwait. NOTHING. Iraq was poor because of their ten year war with Iran, and Iraq's poverty doesn't justify invasion. War destroys economies, contrary to popular belief, and the Iraqi people were forced to live under the corruption of one of countless corrupt governments.

@arrkelaan Do you have any evidence supporting your opinion of the difficulties foreign residential establishment? I have plenty of friends who now live overseas, in areas like Czech, Sweden, Japan, Belgium, and Chile.
