um, go back to high school bio. down syndrome is a trisomy, trisomy 21, and is caused by having all or part of an extra 21st chromosome. not a missing chromosome. and no, it is not usually a result of incest. it is usually random genetic chance.

so the shadow is your inconsistencies, that you project? how is that something that can or should be removed? wouldnt that remove your conscious mind, and remove you from the world you know? what if your subconcious is actually worse than what you know as your conscious? could it actually turn out your subconscious is worse than yourself as you know it? maybe questioning it could be the problem. who knows right.....
