Seeing as how its just a prototype, and is not being commonly manufactured, the issue of banning it is irrelevant. However, it will go under the same class 3 weapons delegation as other fully automatic weapons.

I'm not trying to sound like an asshole, but this isn't the USAS-12, this is the Atchisson Assault Shotgun, they're very similar though.
