Saw them live in Portlaoise (Ireland)just 3 nights ago. Although now missing a few original members they were as good as ever. Ranking Rogers son has joined them in the band. Keep skanking!

When i lived there{U.K] they were The Beat.Trying to find their Vinyl here[Oz]i had to look for "The U.K Beat".......Top band!

In their homeland (Birmingham,UK) they are known as The Beat, Due to an American band at the time also known as The Beat, the changed to The English Beat, only in the U.S.A.
