A photon is the building block of light. Thus, the photons in the light clock move at the speed of light (C).Moving the light clock near the speed of light will bend space-time to keep the photons moving at C via time dilation. To the observer:-the photons are moving at C and traveling a longer distance than at rest.To the traveler:-the photons are moving at C and traveling THE SAME DISTANCE as at rest, since the bending of space-time will dilate time.

if the clock measures time correctly, it means that an ordinary clock would slow down? i don't think so

The clock measures the time correctly.

It's too hard for me to understand. The clock slows down. OK. But does it mean that time also slows down? Maybe the clock measures time wrongly, because its performance is based on photons, whose speed is limited? I think that if you closed your eyes and started to number seconds in mind, you would measure time well.
