exact same problems here, i wish i could go back to the BB. I will say that i do like the touchscreen which is what BB should offer

mines came with msn messenger. it even has voice record in the messenger.

i had the mogul and i turned my back on it and now i want it back...the only issue i have with the mogul is the lack of pic mail...other than that this phone kicked so much as...you can download a bunch of features. the internet is hella fast and the camera is freakin awesome...the keyboard is great the touch screen is very responsive...and im not saying i dont love my treo 755 but the mogul was better
