what about land mines, explosive devices triggered with wire,mined bridges etc, they are enough to stop the convoy, simple mortars can do the rest.If the people are willing to die for they homes there is no simple way to fight them.but still it is nice to see future systems

if it's simply N.K vs U.S, the U.S will dominate the airspace and sea, any surface target could be bombarded by land attack missles, naval gunfire, and guided bombs. army will simply occupy land and get shot at by local resistance/guerillas. i will be like iraqi invasion but much longer, tougher.

The US has 1.5mil active duty with another 1.5mil in reserves.. Where did you get your information from? Anyways, it's a fact that the US nearly spends as much as the rest of the world combined on their military so I think our military is doing OK.

well i think the only weakness to the U.S army is their absolute reliance on the satellite, but i am sure U.S have a back up plan after all their satellite are destoryed.
