First time hearing this earlier version from her. I've loved the later version from 2000. I love her deep, raspy, matured voice. It makes the song more interesting, sad and it envelopes you. Such a wonderful artist.

oh my god--she was so young here. i love this original, but her 2000 version from "both sides now" leaves me wrecked--the voice darker and richer; but much, much more, the emotional impact deepened from 30 more years of life and experience. no one is her equal.
