The opening sequence with the Meisters as children is as follows: Setsuna (running); followed by Hallelujah, aka Allelujah's alterego (firing a gun); followed by Lockon (looking at his home in flames after the terrorist attacks); followed by Setsuna (running again); followed by Lockon (crying); followed by Allelujah (sitting with gun, confused), followed by Tieria (in some kind of chamber or bio-pod), followed by Setsuna (firing a gun).... then it goes to the grown up Setsuna. Yes, the face on Seravee's back does deflect beams, it's purpose is to create the GN Field. But the Red Cross still doesn't have a purpose. I'm thinking it's gonna be like...a MAXIMUM ULTRA Burst Mode, and the red cross is to expell heat or something.I fucking hate mysteries in Gundam. That shit is for Evangelion.

Ali just got that mobile suit in episode 5 and its name is something like "Gadessa".Apparently, the face on Seravee's back can reflect beams.
