oozd: The reason Dougal seems to float across the ground, is because in one episode we learn that his mother was a Old English Sheepdog, and that his father was a Hovercraft. So now you know... ;-)

I used to watch the magic roundabout while growing up...Dougal used to annoy me cos he didn't have legs and floated around on his dog hair..and he kept eating sugar..
