I've just been to an 80's revival weekend at Butlins. When this song came on during the early hours of Sunday morning, the packed night club just came alive!!! everyone up singing and dancing without a care, taken back in time for a few minuets!!! What a tune, what a night, long live the League!!!

The same thing happened at the Diner used in Top Gun at Sandiego. The Righteous Brothers are not on that machine. If I remember correctly there is no piano either.

this is an '80s gem and in my opinion a classic.I feel nostalgic every time I hear this song, it beats the shit out of the crappy music we get nowadays.

I worked in a pub and it seemed like this was the only song played on the juke box for about a month. Got heartily sick of it but its good to hear it again.

I miss the 80's too. I was a young stud in those days. Now I am a knackerd old git who falls asleep in the chair watching the news!! |
