crème fraîche is great and there is taste lost without it...you can pick it up in a gourmet place, one that would have expensive cheeses and such.

yeah i don't know why he says all of this.. there are sooo many variations of making a scrambled egg and everyone thinks they have the best. just cook them on low heat constantly stirring. i always beat my eggs before i put them in the pan.

You can actually skip that step, I've tried using both techniques and they arent that different. Also, when he used the creme fraiche, I used cold milk...:p

Probably the stove, chef homes mostly have powerful stoves...as we don't really need that kind of power in our houses...But it took me about 5 minutes just to do the egg, crack to cook.

Those are honestly the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten. Following the procedure one can have really perfect breakfast. Butter, chives, Creme fraiche :))
