I've never been to Vancouver but i would like to visit. But i case u don't know, Toronto was voted most multicultural city in the world in 2003 and still is. It has people from almost every country. over 500,000 blacks,over 400,000 Chinese, U see bus drivers of all races. I live in Montreal and it's multicultural as well. 175,000 blacks, which dropped from 215,000 cause alot moved away. 90,000 latin americans,etc.
