I really don't know a whole lot about Roland because coming up through college I mostly had YAMAHA, KORG and now CASIO so I am not sure about Roland although I heard a lot of good things about them.

The funny thing about this version (A side) is that it has some major pitch problems - variations. I experience it sounds exactly the same on my record as in this movie. It's certainly NOT because of spindle hole being badly centred (stylus is not dancing left-right). I suppose it was badly transferred from the master tape (broken reel to reel or what??).
