In all honesty, I understand that this song has very innocent connotations given that this was written in much more simpler times.But this day and age, it's fun to assume this is a pedophile's anthem.

If I'm clueless of Gaston & Gigi's relationship, I would go with the consensus of the other people in the cafe scene too, that is...if I'm morally bankrupt. The moral of this movie is probably not to judge with people or not to go along with what everyone thinks. And probably this movie's a lesson about individuality too.
