Loss of Writ is a lie!Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2 - "The Privilege of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."Article 10 - "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."The Unitied States government was not granted the power to suspend the Great Writ by the Constituion and has no such power.

Yours is a false notion. Except for ex-Americans who have enlisted with our enemies and have been captured on foreign fields of battle, the right of Habeas Corpus has not been suspended. At no time in history has the right of Habeas Corpus been extended to POWs. Stop tying our military's hands and try tying the hands of our enemies for once.
