i highly doubt it would suck your arm init would prob. just skin your finger or rip it off if you were to just like slam your finger in there

Rather than "eating your arm up to your shoulder", it would likely pop a few screws out of its base and come apart. Unless those are some super-strong bolts and an incredibly sturdy piece of wood!
