Why the fight about what rap is? There are several kinds. Mainstream, underground, oldschool, pop, horrorcore, gangsta, rap mixed with rock . . . Rapping is a vocal technique, and people can rap about anything, with a variety of beats and styles. Love it all, hate it all, or pick your favorites - it's all still rap.
