The bubble top had a purpose but it did create a lot of drag :( Broke up the aerodynamics of the fuselage a little, and made it look a little ugly .

the reason why they came out with the p51d is that the p51c has very poor rear visability.

Ah yes I recall a 'swedish mustang'. I'm just ready to decal my P-51C with malcolm hood, video might be up today!

I prefer the Malcolm-hooded ones to any other, but this is a close second.. I guess I better shift myself and get one built!! I'd love to do a C version of the Swedish Air Force as well, I think they had two.. The rest were D's.. :)
