Sally Hawkins is brilliant! The clothes and hair...as well as the ending...isn't great...but Sally makes up for what is lacking. I think she is going to be a big name in the acting/movie world!

I wish they had done some shots of Anne with her hair down (when she is by herself, of course). The actress is actually very pretty, but the film doesn't do her justice - look at some of the high-res pictures. Also, you can see her clothes are not quite so dingy-looking as does appear here! [That ugly jacket is actually very cute!]lol, Wentworth's hair! When I first saw it (I didn't know who RPJ was), I was like "omigosh, it's Ken...!"
