9:59 the question they ask you puts you between a rock and a hard spot, a double bind, catch 22 question...questions that need a more in depth answer and in the circumstances this is impossible,

the pleasure is all mine ...yes , it's unfortunate that most people do not see ..some of them do not want the responsibility of taking control of their body .....the only thing you can really do is set a good example ...be true to yourself ..the truthseekers will pick up on it & someday reach out to you for help ...& you will be a powerhouse..ready to help those that need it ...a true individual with the power of their own conviction is a rare thing ...congratulations !

it takes awhile for the body to de-tox all those chemicals ..& to find yourself ..it will pass , don't worry ...that's great that you got off drugs ..you should be proud of yourself ..do whatever you can nutritionally to help build new cells ...eat 'clean' ...

can anyone PLEASE answer a question of mine. i was put on medications, alot of medication from the time i was about 8 years old until i was 16. during this period i didnt go a day without medication. it was mostly antidepressants but i dont know if they had me on anything else.anyways i would like 2 know if these drugs could have done any permanent brain damage to me.after i was taken off them i had a pretty bad breakdown and just havent felt right since. that was over 2 years ago.please help

If we can spend this much on drugs, Why cant we spend money on other therapies?
catgumart (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
At best you can keep healthy and maintain equilibrium and not get into a rut where you have repeated hospital stays, breakdowns, or makeing bad choices while experiencing mental health difficulties. Leisure Therapy,,,get vuliunteer options available for people, let them have a basic incom, healthy living environment, healthy food and opportunities and tools for self cultivation ,

I advocate Leisure therapy..as ahealth alternative yo medicine, drugs...and Im not makeing a joke,,,You know a lot of people will laugh at something like this because we are Work Work Work...and from our work we have much stress, and there is much risk and competition and a lot of work doesnt pay fairly for the amount of labor and stress, and all the variables that go along with work. everyone is not suited to this and they deserve leisure therapy, you can be productive and not work a job.

could they say you're ill because you didn't answer a psychiatrist's questions?
