It is. It's the voice of the late Sterling Holloway who did Whinnie's original voice as well as many other voices for Disney such as Kaa the Snake in Jungle Book. Also once appeared on the Andy Griffith Show.

hahahhahaa I used to cry when I watched this as a kid. I named every car that my parents had "Suzie" after I saw this. XDD

I love this cartoon. Since Pixar works along with Disney, this must have been where they got the characters for making Car's and the guy...probably for Linguini. I love how Pixar uses classic cartoon characters made into the CGI version of it. Gotta love that!!! =(0o0)=
