The motor stops twice - the first time right after he says "...semi boloid slots of the stator," and then again after he flips the switch on the panel.

You cant automatically syncronize cardnal gram meters, its just impossible.. ESPECIALLY when working with inverse reactive currents. I seriously hope they reconsider their design on this one.
