This is soooooooooooooo goooooooooood!!!!!! What happened to Carter Jefferson? He is superb! I love Woody's style of playing, even more than Freddie Hubbard's in an unexplainable way. I love Freddy too. But he can be out there on the edge sometimes. Thank you for posting this. I remember seeing Woody on TV in the early 70's. It must have been on PBS. I never forgot it. I was an aspiring high school jazz trumet player at the time. Is there a live performance of "The Moontrane" out there?
