Dude gold medals dont mean shit. Its just a way to show sporting excellence. You cannot define the greatness of a country based on the gold medals they win. I agree that cities like delhi stink. Not because they dont win medals because they cant accept that other places are better. They cannot provide BASIC security

Yeah and the other half have the money to buy the rest of the country. Punjab is aka as the rape state of India. Who the fuck would want to live in a city where you cant go out without the fear of being robbed. As you admit they have drugs fre whelling, so you can imagine the security that si offred in Delhi or Punjab.
