I was stunned by the power of this scene when I saw it a million years ago. The lyrics seem to come right out of Jeff Bridges character, to be read on Rachel Ward's face. One of the great closing credit scenes of all time.

The song always make me cry, but this final scene... a lot, I don't support the sadness of Rachel Ward.

How beautiful she is.

That drum section that leads into the piano riff at the end is just simply beautiful. The song is timeless, beautiful words and music. You don't get songs/music like this anymore. Phil Collin's got soul just like Michael MacDonald & Sting. This is how you know when songs are classic; when they still move u several years down the line. One of the many Phil Collins songs that I love.
